SHIPPING ITEMS
Digital items such as stitching pattern PDFs and stitching planner sheets will not be shipped. They will be available for immediate download after purchase from your customer account (if you make one at checkout or have one you’ve created in the past), and also from the .pdf links in the purchase confirmation email you will be sent. Stitching items are not kits or physically printed items (and cannot be available as such), and thus will not be shipped in the mail. If desired in a printed format, they can be printed from home, or from a commercial printer such as Staples.
Art prints will be shipped directly from the printer. Please see below for more information on costs, processing times, policies if an item is received damaged, etc.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Currently the website is set up to ship only to the USA and Canada. No duties or customs taxes will apply for either country. For other locations outside of the US and Canada, please contact Dana at dana@peacockandfig.com or using the contact form so a quote for shipping can be given before ordering. When contacting, please include information on which item(s) you want to purchase and what sizes, and the shipping address, as that information will be needed for a quote. For shipping outside Canada and the US, duties and customs may be charged at the border by your local authorities, this cannot be controlled for or mitigated against by Peacock & Fig. Refunds will not be given due to international parcels being refused because of duties fees, please check with your local post office or shipping handler (shipping is done via UPS) to find out what kinds of duties or fees may apply.
SHIPPED PACKAGES
Art prints and stretched canvas prints are all shipped in boxes or tubes. Each stretched canvas is individually packed in plastic. For art prints on paper (and rolled canvas if special ordered), they are packed together by size.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Orders will be placed with the printer within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday 9am-4pm Pacific time (not including public holidays). Production time at the printer is about five business days.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping time on average is 1-7 days depending on your location. Orders are shipped with UPS, please make sure your address is accurate at checkout as that is what will be used to place the order with the printer. Once the order has been shipped, Peacock & Fig will receive a tracking code from the printer, which will then be forwarded to you via the email you ordered with.
RUSH PRINTING AND EXPRESS SHIPPING
Rush printing (2 business days from receipt of order by the printer) and express shipping (1 and 2 business days) are also available from the printer, but this must be discussed with Dana before an order is placed on this website so a quote for the additional fees can be given. Please use the website contact form with the subject line “Rush Printing” or “Express Shipping”, or contact Dana at dana@peacockandfig.com. Dana will get back to you within 24 hours, Monday to Friday 9am-4pm Pacific time (not including public holidays). Please give as much detail as you can as to the artwork name(s), the material it will be printed on (paper vs stretched canvas), shipping destination address, etc.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If for some reason it is damaged, send clear pictures of the damaged art print/canvas print and the box within 24 hours to Dana at dana@peacockandfig.com or reach out on Facebook or Instagram, so that the printer can be contacted within their deadline for damaged order notification.
