Terms of Use
All rights reserved. No portion of this blog or website, including any text, photographs, patterns (excluding freebies), graphics, and artwork, may be reproduced or copied without written permission. This includes using images, patterns, or art from Peacock & Fig to create other art or patterns from. All cross stitch patterns are copyright Dana Batho and are for personal use only. Reselling or redistributing patterns in any way is prohibited unless prior written consent has been granted by the designer. You are permitted to make a working copy of the pattern to stitch from. It is common practice to destroy a printed working copy upon completion of a pattern. Please ensure that young children who may use any of the patterns are supervised as the embroidery needle may be a hazard. Free patterns that are available to the Peacock Lounge members may be not openly distributed and shared by any means, and may not be sold or used for commercial purposes. To invite others to become a Peacock Lounge member and access the free patterns, please share this sign-up link — https://peacockandfig.com/join-now
Shipping Policy
For information on the shipping and production policies and procedures for art prints, please refer to the Shipping page. Please note that digital files such as PDF stitching patterns and printable trackers will not be shipped as they are digital downloads, and they cannot be provided in physical printed format from Peacock & Fig directly.
Refund Policy
ART PRINTS
In the event that you’re unhappy with your print, Peacock & Fig will issue a full refund, minus shipping. Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility. Please contact the artist prior to shipping the item so the correct return address can be ensured (as the prints are sent to customers from a professional print company, not the artist). If you receive a damaged order, please contact the artist within 24 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage so it can be replaced accordingly.
PDF STITCHING PATTERNS AND PRINTABLES
As the download files are digital and cannot be returned, refunds are unfortunately not accepted for any reason. By purchasing any products, you agree to this policy at checkout. If there is an issue with the file itself (such the file is corrupted or there is an error in the file), please contact Peacock & Fig immediately.
A note from Dana:
These policies help protect the work and designs that I have spent an entire lifetime developing the skills to create. With sharing sites like Pinterest becoming hugely popular, artist copyright infringement is unfortunately destroying the livelihood of many gifted artists (whether the infringement is intentional or not). Many customers are unaware of the incredible amount of copyright infringement that has resulted because of easy and free access to art and images online. These policies also help to protect my customers from purchasing fraudulent copies of my work. I am happy to answer any questions about any of the terms of use, please feel free to contact me here.
